Introduction

The Celtic Audio Cabar is a single unit active stereo monitor loudspeaker system. The Cabar has a string of unique features which together make for a very unusual loudspeaker: one where for example, the outputs of the crossover when added, equal the input, one where there is no disturbing diffraction from the enclosure to damage the stereo imaging, one where the system is aperiodic - that is without any resonances. The Cabar is particularly suitable for precision sound image monitoring in near and close field situations, in a complete self-contained system package which is easily portable.
